Public Information Request

The Elwood Town provides the following ways for you to submit your public information request.

Hand Delivery or Mail

You may request a form from our government offices and hand deliver or mail it.

Written Form

You may submit a request to any government employee in any written form, including by electronic mail, fax, or letter.

Good to Know

Please note that for a public information request to be valid, it must be submitted in writing.

Elwood Town recognizes that it is subject to Utah’s Open and Public Meetings Act and is committed to conducting its actions in compliance with the Act. Elwood Town has reviewed its practices and has implemented, and will continue to implement, procedures to promote full compliance with OPMA.
